In short: we use no cookies on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising or tracking tools. We measure traffic with our own cookie-free counter; your raw IP address is never stored, and the visitor identifier resets every day, so we cannot recognise you tomorrow. 1. Who is responsible
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is Majka Solutions.

2. What we process, and why
a) When you visit the site — cookie-free traffic measurement
Our sites run a measurement script we wrote ourselves. It sends one record when a page opens and one when you leave. The fields sent are:
- the page you visited and the address you arrived from (referrer)
- your browser language and screen width
- campaign tags in the link (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign) - how long you stayed on the page, in seconds
- your two-letter country code, device type, browser and operating system name
Your raw IP address is never written anywhere. To tell visitors apart, your IP, browser string, today's date and a secret key held only by us are combined and irreversibly hashed (SHA-256). That hash changes every day, so we cannot recognise the same visitor tomorrow. No cookies, no persistent identifier, no fingerprinting.
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-f — our legitimate interest in knowing which pages of our site are useful. You can switch measurement off in your own browser; the Cookie Policy explains how.
b) When you contact us
When you reach us by email or messaging, we process the name, contact details and project information you share. We use them only to reply, prepare a proposal and continue the conversation.
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c — directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; where the enquiry does not become a contract, Art. 5/2-f legitimate interest.
c) When you become a client
We process the identity, contact, company and invoicing details needed for proposals, contracts, invoices and payment tracking. These are held in our own project-tracking panel and accounting records.
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-ç (retention obligations under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law and Commercial Code).
d) Data you entrust to us during a project
When we build a site, app or panel for you, the work may give us access to your systems and the data in them. You remain the controller of that data; we act as a data processor under KVKK, strictly on your instructions. That access ends when the work ends, or on your request.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and never share it for advertising. The infrastructure providers we use to run the service are:

Some of these providers run servers outside Turkey; to that extent your data is transferred abroad within the meaning of KVKK Art. 9. We also disclose information to competent public authorities where a lawful request requires it, and only to the extent required.

5. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction; to request that such actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to; to object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against you; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

6. Security
We keep access to data limited to the fewest people the work requires, transfer it over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and protect our admin panels with passwords and access rules. Even so, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
