Reporting a bug from the game
Settings → Support → Report a bug (“Hata bildir”). Pick a type (bug, lag, balance, idea), describe what happened and optionally attach a screenshot. Version and device details are added automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. The game creates an anonymous account the first time you open it; it never asks for an email or phone number.
Will I lose my character if I change phones or delete the game?
Not if you connect your account to Apple: go to Settings → Account → Protect your account (“Hesabını koru”), then sign in with the same Apple ID on the new phone and your character comes back. If you delete the game without connecting, the anonymous account cannot be recovered.
A cosmetic I bought is missing / I'm on a new phone.
Tap Restore (“Geri yükle”) in the in-game store. Purchases made with the same Apple ID return to your account. If Apple charged you but the item has not appeared, wait a few minutes and reopen the game; the purchase is not lost and is added once our server confirms it. If it is still missing, email us.
I want a refund.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded item is removed from your account.
A player is abusive or cheating.
Tap the player or their base on the map and choose Report (“Bildir”) from the “…” menu. Block (“Engelle”) in the same menu hides that player's name, notes and messages from you; you can undo it in Settings → Blocked. We review reports within 24 hours.
How do I turn off notifications?
Per type in the game under Settings → Notifications; completely in iPhone Settings → Prototype → Notifications.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete my account (“Hesabımı sil”). Your character, progress, owned cosmetics and login are deleted; this cannot be undone. To request deletion without opening the game, email us. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Which devices and languages?
iPhone, played in landscape. The game is currently in Turkish only.
