Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Prototype Legend (shown as “Prototype” on your phone) is a multiplayer mobile game made by Majka Solutions. This policy explains what the game stores, why, who can see it, and how to delete your account.

In short: we keep only what is needed to run the game, prevent cheating and fix bugs. We never ask for your phone number or real name; we only take your email address if you choose to sign up, so you can recover your account. We do not access your real location. No ads, no advertising identifier (IDFA), no tracking across other apps, and we never sell your data. You can delete your account from inside the game at any time.

1. Who is responsible

Ömercan Alp, a sole proprietorship trading as Majka Solutions, is the data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2. Your account

3. What is stored while you play

Our game server stores:

What other players see: your in-game name, look, flag, clan, base, ranking, public chat messages and market notes are visible to players on the same server. Clan messages are visible only to your clan.

Retention: chat messages are deleted automatically after 3 days (a copy of a reported message is kept until the report is reviewed). Other game data is kept while your account exists.

4. Purchases

The game offers optional one-time cosmetic purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card or payment details. To give you what you bought, we verify Apple's signed transaction and store: the product, transaction IDs, purchase date, environment (live or test) and refund status. Your game account ID is passed to Apple with the purchase so it reaches the right account. If Apple notifies us of a refund, the item is removed.

These transaction records are kept (detached from you) even after you delete your account, so refunds are handled correctly and a purchase can return to a new account when you tap “Restore” with the same Apple ID.

5. Crash reports and “Report a bug”

Automatic reports. If the game closes unexpectedly or freezes, a short report is sent to our server the next time you open it: your account ID, time and type of report; app version, iOS version, device model; memory use and device thermal state; a short list of your last 40 in-game steps (e.g. “main screen”, “intro finished”); and crash/hang diagnostics and exit counts produced by Apple's MetricKit.

Reports you send. When you use Settings → Support → “Report a bug”, we receive your text, an optional screenshot of the game screen, and automatic context (version, iOS, device model, performance info, your phone's language/region setting, recent steps, server and map position).

These reports contain no real location, contacts, photo library, data from other apps or real identity. The screenshot shows only the game's own screen and is sent only if you choose to attach it.

6. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we store the device token Apple provides, your notification preferences and a log of notifications sent (type and time). You can turn notifications off at any time in iPhone Settings.

7. Safe play: filter, reports, anti-cheat

8. Who sees your data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising or marketing. The game contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. We use these services to run the game:

Our small team accesses this data through our own admin panel for support and moderation. These providers' servers are outside Turkey, so your data is transferred abroad. We also share information with authorities where the law requires it.

As with any internet service, the server infrastructure may technically keep connection logs (including IP addresses) for a short time; we do not write IP addresses into the game database.

9. Legal bases

10. Deleting your account

In the game, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account (“Hesabımı sil”). You will be asked to confirm; this cannot be undone.

To request deletion without opening the game, or to ask us to delete those remaining records as well, email info@majkasolutions.com. Include your in-game name and server so we can find you.

11. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you can ask whether we process your data, request information and a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, learn which third parties received it, object to a decision made solely by automated means, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. You can delete your account yourself in the game; for anything else, email us. We answer within 30 days, free of charge. You may also complain to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

12. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn of such an account, we delete it.

13. Changes

We update this policy as the game changes. The current version is always published at this address with the date above; we also announce important changes in the game. If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version applies.
